Some common factors that affect cost are the size of the roof, current condition of the commercial roof (is there damage underneath), roof access, is insulation required or advantageous, are there many roof penetrations, ducting or HVAC equipment to properly seal?
If you have one roof on your building you may be able to overlay a new roof on top. If you have more than one layer of roof you will likely have to tear off the old roof layers before installing a new one. Also, we will do core tests of your existing roof to help determine if there is existing damage that needs to be repaired.

We can schedule a roof assessment any time of year, but Fall is often the best time to make sure your roof is in good condition for the coming winter and for budgeting purposes if a new roof is on the horizon for the coming year.

The typical PVC membrane roof will last 20-30 years. Commercial roofs can last longer or shorter depending on local conditions and the care and maintenance provided (I.E. roofs that are cleaned and maintained help to find minor problems before they become major problems)
Every roofer may have a different opinion on this. We are happy to go over the relative pros and cons of various roof types. The most important factor is how well your roof is installed. Every CCR roof is inspected by the manufacturer and we consistently score 95% or greater on our roof inspections.
A good quality commercial roof is a large investment and it will benefit from an annual cleaning/ inspection. Large amounts of dirt and debris can build up and potentially clog drains. Often roofs can be damaged unintentionally by third parties servicing equipment on the roof when screws or nails are accidentally left behind. Having annual maintenance is not required for your warranty but will inevitably help your roof last its longest.
